WHO IS THE OFFICIAL FREIGHT FORWARDER FOR IBC2026?
CEVA Showfreight is the sole officially appointed freight forwarder and lifting contractor for IBC2026. They handle all logistics related to:
Freight forwarding and customs clearance
Onsite handling and labour
Delivery and crate storage
Forklift and mechanical lifting (they’re the only company authorised to use lifting equipment in the venue)

WHAT ARE THE KEY EVENT DATES?

⚠️ Any items left after these dates will be removed at the exhibitor’s cost.
CAN I BRING MY OWN FORKLIFT OR LIFTING EQUIPMENT?
No. Only CEVA-operated forklifts, cranes, and mechanical equipment are allowed on the loading terraces and inside the halls.
Exhibitors may only handle hand-portable goods. If you need lifting or handling support, CEVA offers professional labour services onsite — just get in touch ahead of time.
HOW DO I SHIP GOODS TO IBC?
CEVA manages all international and domestic shipments by air, sea, and road.
You'll need to send all required documents in advance.

WHERE DO I COLLECT OR DELIVER FREIGHT?
All vehicles delivering to the RAI must first report to:
📍 P20 Marshalling Area
Heining, 1047 Amsterdam
CEVA and RAI Traffic will manage access and unloading schedules.
Deliveries before 4 Sept must be fully unloaded by CEVA to access loading docks before 08:00.

CAN COURIERS DELIVER PACKAGES DIRECTLY TO MY STAND?
No. Courier companies are not allowed to deliver directly to stands.
All packages must be delivered to CEVA, who will:
Hold them for collection (free), or
Deliver to your stand (paid service)

WHAT ABOUT EMPTY CASE STORAGE?
CEVA offers two return options:
Priority Service: Returned between 17:00–23:00 on 14 Sept (must be pre-booked)
Next Day Return: Returned by 10:00 on 15 Sept
📦 All empty cases must be clearly labelled.

Important:
If any stored boxes contain valuables, CEVA must be informed in writing at time of collection. Exhibitors are responsible for their own insurance during transit and storage.
WHO CAN HELP ME UNPACK OR MOVE GOODS?
IBC does not provide onsite labour, but CEVA can assist.
They offer services for unpacking, moving, and handling — contact them in advance to make arrangements.
