What is a Primary Exhibition Coordinator?
The Primary Exhibition Coordinator is the primary contact that IBC will use. This person will:
- be the main point of contact that IBC communicate to
- have access to the E-Zone
Updating your Primary Coordinator
If you need to update your primary coordinator, please contact us via the help bubble in the bottom right hand corner of this page or reach out to us on support@ibc.org.
If you would like to change your Primary exhibition coordinator because someone else is doing all of the co-ordination, the existing Primary Exhibition Coordinator can add new users to their E-Zone and RAI Webshop account.
IMPORTANT: It is not possible to have multiple Primary Exhibition Coordinators. This data is included in a data flow which will create your accounts with our suppliers e.g. RAI Webshop. IBC and each supplier needs one contact, however, users can be added into the RAI Webshop and other systems. The Primary Exhibition Coordinator is responsible for the distribution of information to their stand exhibitors.
