EARLY ACCESS & BUILD-UP TIMETABLE
Hard hats, hi-vis vests and safety shoes (PPE) are compulsory during build-up. PPE can be ordered through the RAI Webshop or purchased at the RAI Hospitality Crew Centre (subject to availability). Please ensure your staff and any appointed contractors are aware of the build-up/breakdown schedule and the health & safety rules. Any rubbish left on exhibitors’ stands after dismantling will be subject to a removal fee which will be charged directly to the exhibitor by the RAI.
LATE WORKING
Late Working - Construction: Late working is classified after 21:00 until 23:00 only and will only be permitted from Monday 07 to Wednesday 09 September with advance authorisation from the IBC organisers. The Late Working Authorisation Form can be obtained in the IBC Support Desk, which is outside of the IBC Sales Office (Holland Lounge) and must be submitted by 15:00 on the respective day(s) of working late. Overnight working will not be permitted.
Late Working - Technical Setup: Late working is classified after 18:00 until 22:00 on Thursday 10 September (TSUD) with advance authorisation from the IBC organisers. The Late Working Authorisation Form can be obtained in the IBC Support Desk, which is outside of the IBC Sales Office (Holland Lounge) and must be submitted by 15:00 that day. Overnight working will not be permitted.

EXHIBITION OPEN DAYS TIMETABLE
During the open days of the exhibition, Exhibitors and Distributors have access to the exhibition halls from 07:00 on Friday 11 September and from 08:00 on Saturday 12 to Monday 14 September. Press have access to the halls from 08:00 during the open days of the show. Visitors are not permitted access to the halls before the exhibition opening times above.
AFTER-HOURS EVENTS ON STANDS
After-Hours Events On Stands: During the open days of the exhibition the daytime power will be switched off at 20:00. All stand functions held outside of the show opening hours will need to finish by 19:30 and all halls must be vacated by 20:00. Please note the last day of show closes at 16:00.
Exhibitors are not permitted to bring food and drinks into the RAI Amsterdam - all catering should be ordered via the RAI. In some cases, depending on the size of the on-stand function, the exhibitor may be required to arrange additional security in which case an 'out of hours' security fee will be charged to the exhibitor by the RAI Amsterdam. If applicable, this will be advised to the exhibitor by the RAI Exhibitor Services team.
