FUTURE TECH IGNITE - Hall 14

Future Tech IGNITE is a brand-new start-up area located in Hall 14, created to spotlight the next generation of technology disruptors shaping the future of media, entertainment and technology.

Designed exclusively for early-stage companies, the Future Tech IGNITE Start-Up Package gives ambitious founders a powerful, affordable way to launch themselves onto the global IBC stage. This one-year-only opportunity is tailored to first-time exhibitors who are ready to grow visibility, build connections, and accelerate their business. Available to companies founded within the last five years, with fewer than 10 employees and under £1 million in funding or annual revenue, the package places start-ups at the heart of innovation in the dedicated Future Tech IGNITE zone. GENERAL RULES FOR FUTURE TECH IGNITE STANDS

• Stand must be attended at all times during the opening hours of the exhibition.
• Alterations to the stand structure are not permitted.
• Damaging the structure (e.g. drilling holes or nailing items to the structure) is not permitted. Please note that there will be an additional cost charged to the exhibitor in case of any damage to the rental shell scheme walls.
• At the end of the exhibition, the exhibitor is required to remove all their materials such as literature and/or equipment from the stand for dismantling by the contractor. Any remaining items not removed, will be disposed of by the contractor and may incur a penalty charge.

• A Wi-Fi connection is included into your package. We will share the SSID and password at the start of August. Please order a Wired Internet Connection for any critical systems and/or activities regardless of any Wi-Fi connectivity you may have in your stand package. Although the RAI and IBC aim to provide a stable bandwidth and connection, the Wi-Fi networks may be affected by your stand/equipment being used, others stands/equipment around your location or any unauthorised Wi-Fi networks being used in your hall. Therefore, we would always recommend ordering a wired connection, from the RAI Webshop, for any critical systems and/or activities you are planning on your stand.

  If you wish to order a wired internet connection, these can be ordered via the RAI Webshop. The Early Bird rate internet ordering deadline is 19 Aug which is also the final ordering deadline for guaranteed delivery.
