SHELL SCHEME STANDS (EXCL CE SHELL):
Please take a look at the Exhibiting Opportunities here: https://show.ibc.org/ibc2026-exhibiting-opportunities and select the Standard Shell or Enhanced Shell package. You will be able to review what is part of your package, what the wider exhibitor benefits are and download your stand specifications.
A Wi-Fi connection is included into your package. We will share the SSID and password at the start of August. Please order a Wired Internet Connection for any critical systems and/or activities regardless of any Wi-Fi connectivity you may have in your stand package. Although the RAI and IBC aim to provide a stable bandwidth and connection, the Wi-Fi networks may be affected by your stand/equipment being used, others stands/equipment around your location or any unauthorised Wi-Fi networks being used in your hall. Therefore, we would always recommend ordering a wired connection, from the RAI Webshop, for any critical systems and/or activities you are planning on your stand.
If you wish to order a wired internet connection, these can be ordered via the RAI Webshop.

Content Everywhere Shell Scheme Floor Update (2026): IBC are phasing out the use of raised platforms floors across all Content Everywhere shell scheme stands. Some shell stands, including CE shell, may require a raised floor to cover any mains power cables, which IBC will provide. Exhibitors will be made aware if their stand requires a raised floor.
General Rules For Shell, and CE Shell Stands
Stands must be attended at all times during the opening hours of the exhibition.
Alterations to the basic shell scheme structure are not permitted.
Shell scheme exhibitors are not permitted to exceed a height of 3.5m, this includes pop-up banners, products and any physical construction within stands. Anything over the 3.5m limit will be removed onsite at the exhibitor’s expense.
For stands over certain dimensions, the shell scheme contractor RAI Exhibitor Services may install additional posts (for Shell Scheme stands) or columns (for Enhanced Shell Scheme stands) for stability and stand reinforcement.
No rigging or hanging banners are permitted above shell scheme stands.
Attachments to the top of the shell scheme walls are not allowed.
If ordering screens, you will also need to order a wall mount bracket and a reinforced panel for stability. Reinforced panels can only be installed by the RAI.
Company logos and other advertising material can be fitted on either the rear or side internal walls of the stand, provided the shell scheme is not damaged in any way.
Damaging the shell scheme walls (e.g. drilling holes or nailing items to the walls) is not permitted. Double sided tape can be arranged through RAI Exhibitor Services
Please note that there will be an additional cost charged to the exhibitor in case of any damage to the rental shell scheme walls.
At the end of the exhibition, the exhibitor is required to remove all their materials from the stand and/or meeting room (products, equipment, food, wall-fixed items, etc.) in order to free the stands for dismantling by the contractor. Any remaining items not removed, will be disposed of by the contractor.
Additional power can be ordered via the RAI Webshop - Take a look at our Services & Deadlines for Discounts and Guaranteed delivery.
