Below are the key operational service deadlines for IBC2026. We strongly recommend placing orders before the listed deadlines to benefit from discounted pricing and guaranteed delivery.
⚠️ Important: A 20% onsite surcharge will apply to most orders placed on 8 September 2026 and onwards.

JUNE 2026 DEADLINES

Final day of build up A reminder that stand construction must be completed by the end of Wednesday 09 September. |
The RAI Webshop has a selection of products available for last minute needs. |

Technical Setup Day Thursday 10 September is reserved for the setup of technical/exhibiting/display items only, no construction activities will be permitted. |
Any stand not having finished set up will be fined and risks fines/penalties if this causes any delays to Show Opening at 10:30am Friday 11 September. |
IMPORTANT ORDERING INFORMATION
Some services are ordered through the RAI Webshop, which requires a separate login from the E-Zone.
Only the Primary Exhibitor Coordinator (PEC) can add or remove users.
