How to Add Users to the RAI Webshop
- Users are great for Stand Builders and Contractors.
- Please note that only the nominated Primary Exhibitor Coordinator can add or remove users.
For help with setting up your RAI Webshop account or adding a new user to your account, please contact RAI Exhibitor Services who will be happy to assist you. If you have an appointed stand builder, they will be able to create their own account and order on your behalf. Details are available from es@rai.nl.
Exhibitor appointed stand contractors can browse through the RAI Webshop without being logged in, however, in order to place orders on exhibitor's behalf, stand contractors will need to be added as a user OR obtain RAI Webshop login credentials from the Exhibitor's Primary Coordinator.
Please note that all invoices for orders placed through the RAI Webshop will be invoiced directly to the exhibitor.
Video tutorials are also available for new exhibitors and those who already have accounts, take a look at the videos and select which one suits you: RAI Events. Alternatively exhibitor appointed contractors can contact RAI Exhibitor Services via email to order on exhibitor's behalf.
Orders placed through the RAI Webshop and/or via RAI Exhibitor Services from 8 September 2025 will incur a 20% surcharge (excluding Mini Market catering, waste disposal and parking orders).
