IBC has always designed and allocated the floorplan based on show history points. For the 2027 booking cycle, all show history points will be published in the E-zone on 8 June 2026 in order to provide as much transparency as possible. Please note the cut off for spend to be included in IBC2027 rebooking is 1 August.
The IBC2027 Rebooking brochure will be available in June - TBC!
The live IBC2027 floorplan will be available here from the beginning of September 2026. We recommend you review the floorplan and identify potential stand options before attending your onsite rebooking appointment. It will save you time if you come to the office with your top choices listed, should they still be available.
*Please note the top 100 exhibitors with the highest show history points at IBC2026 qualify for early rebooking which will take place 13-26 August 2026.
