Once you have registered for IBC2026, you'll be able to login to your personal profile and add your details to the Visa Invitation Letter.
- EXHIBITORS - Exhibitors will need to be registered in the E-Zone and then head to reg.ibc.org and use the forgot password feature to create a password for your account. If you haven't registered yet, take a look at Exhibitor Registration.
- VISITORS - Visitors can register here: reg.ibc.org and will create a password for their account as part of the registration process. If you haven't registered yet, please take a look at Visitor Registration.
HOW TO DOWNLOAD YOUR VISA INVITATION LETTER
- Head to reg.ibc.org and login to your personal profile. If you have any issues with this, please reach out to support@ibc.org.
- Please make sure your information is correct and up-to-date in the Personal Information section
- Select 'Apply for Visa Invitation Letter':
- Fill in your details, making sure the information is correct and select Submit
