I've entered the information incorrectly on my Visa Invitation Letter, what do I do?
If you have noticed you've added the wrong details in your Visa Invitation Letter, you can contact the IBC support team at support@ibc.org who will be able to reactivate your Visa Invitation Letter.
This will remove ALL of the details so you can log in and complete this process again ensuring that all information is correct before submitting.
INCORRECT PASSPORT INFORMATION:
- We will reactivate the Visa Invitation Letter ready for you to re-apply with the correct details.
- When you login to Personal Profile, the option to apply for the Visa Invitation Letter will be available to you again.
INCORRECT PERSONAL INFORMATION:
- The details that have been entered in the Personal Information section in your Personal Profile will pull through to your Visa Invitation Letter automatically.
- You will need to login to your Personal Profile and amend your personal details before re-applying for the Visa Invitation Letter.
Please note: We are not able to make any changes for you on our side as we do not store your personal information due to GDPR legislation. The support team can clear the form ready for it to be re-submitted.
