The email may have been diverted into junk/spam inboxes. We'd advise searching your email inbox for the noreply@ibc.org email address.

It's not possible for the support team to amend or resend visa invitation letters as we do not store your personal details for security reasons. If you still can't find your Visa Invitation Letter, reach out to support@ibc.org and we can reactivate the Visa Letter Request so you can complete the processes again.
