GUIDELINES FOR TSUD
Important update to exhibitors and stand builders constructing space only stands (non-RAI built stands). A reminder that stand construction must be completed by the end of Wednesday 09 September. Any stand not having finished construction on Wednesday 09 September will be fined and risks further penalties if the delays cause any issues on Technical Setup Day (Thursday 10 September) or Show Opening (Friday 11 September).
All Stands must complete their technical set up by the end of Thursday 10 September. There is limited time for testing/final checks before the show opens on Friday 11 September. Any stand not having finished set up will be fined and risks fines/penalties if this causes any delays to Show Opening at 10:30am Friday 11 September.
Technical Setup Day (TSUD), introduced last year, will continue in 2026 as a dedicated day for exhibitors to focus solely on technical, exhibiting, and display setup.
All construction activities must be completed by 22:00 on Wednesday 09 September.
Thursday 10 September, will be reserved for the setup of technical/exhibiting/display items only, no construction activities will be permitted.
No PPE will be required on Thursday 10 September.
The Technical Setup Day change is in line with other major events and venues.
Halls will be cleaned on the evening of Wednesday 09 September, ensuring they are ready for TSUD activities.
Thursday 10 September (Technical Setup Day - TSUD) - 08:00 - 22:00:
On this day, exhibitors are permitted to set up technical items, displays, and other exhibiting materials.
ALLOWED ACTIVITIES ON TSUD:
Setting up TVs, lights, ornaments, your technical equipment.
Trolley-based transport (manual push/pull only).
Setting up furniture
Light testing
Equipment testing
PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES ON TSUD:
No construction activities of any kind (e.g. erecting walls, rigging, working at height, cutting, sanding, etc.).

No forklifts, trucks, cherry pickers, or powered transport equipment (e.g. motorised trolleys).
CEVA are the only authorised supplier for powered transport. Their logistics information will be available shortly, please contact them for all your unloading and loading requirements.
Painting, cutting, sanding, and any activities that could create dust or debris are strictly prohibited on Thursday.

All stand construction must be completed by 22:00, and all build materials/tools must be removed.
Any freight requiring forklifts must be completed on this day.
PPE required (hi-vis, hard hat, and safety boots).
Light testing: 15:00 - 15:30.
Sign-off: Stand construction must be signed off by exhibitors.
Halls will be cleaned on the evening of Wednesday 09 September, ensuring they are ready for TSUD activities.

Thursday 10 September (Technical Setup Day - TSUD)
08:00 - 22:00
Exhibitors can set up technical items, displays, and exhibiting materials.
No construction of any kind (e.g. working at height, cutting, sanding, painting).
Shell scheme stands can set up display walls.
Freight can still be moved into position if no forklifts/powered transport are required.
Carpet will be laid in the late afternoon.
No PPE required for entry to the halls.
Light testing: 15:00 - 15:30.
Important Reminders:
All construction activities must be completed before Thursday 10 September.
Please ensure that all stand plans, materials, and equipment are ready for setup according to the outlined schedule.

Does this affect your stand set up?
Do you need to work at height, put up walls, or engage in any construction tasks (scaffolding, rigging, painting, sanding, cutting etc.)?

Do you need to put up TVs, lights, or any non-construction decorations?
YES → This is allowed! You can set up on Technical Setup Day, Thursday 10 September.

Do you need to transfer items to the exhibition hall using a powered transport device (e.g., motorised trolley)?
YES → Contact CEVA for unloading arrangements. Ensure this is completed by the end of Wednesday 09 September. Powered transport is not allowed on Thursday 10 September.

FAQs
Q: I have a pop-up stand; is this considered construction?
A: Pop-up stands are not considered construction if no power tools are required. Please also consider how these stands will be transported into the exhibition halls.
