We're improving our communication for IBC2025 and want to make sure you receive the most relevant information directly. Here is a breakdown of the emails you will receive from us:
Primary Exhibition Coordinator (PEC)
You are receiving this email as you are listed as the Primary Exhibition coordinator for your stand at IBC this year. The PEC is an individual within your organisation who is the main point of contact for IBC. If the details of the PEC have changed for IBC2025, please let us know as soon as possible.
This contact will receive essential updates from our verified suppliers and the IBC team regarding:
- Operational Updates: Key information about logistics, deadlines, and important procedures related to your participation at IBC2025. Communications from your dedicated IBC Account Manager regarding your contract, stand details, and any other account-specific matters.
- Login details for the E-Zone: The hub of all exhibitor activity where you can register your onsite staff, plan your show and find your customer code.
- Exhibitor Webinars Series: The IBC team will host monthly webinars for all 2025 exhibitors. The Exhibitor Webinar Series covers key exhibiting topics, from stand booking and sponsorships to marketing assets and the E-Zone. These webinars offer valuable insights and Q&A opportunities.
In addition to the above, the Primary Coordinator will also receive key marking information. If there is a better contact within your company to receive the below, please do let us know.
Main Marketing Contact
The individual responsible for your IBC2025 marketing strategy and activities. This contact will receive important information from the IBC Marketing team, including:
- IBC Exhibitor Insider: A monthly newsletter with key reminders and resources to help you drive visitors to your stand, such as registering your staff, promoting your customer code for the Exhibitor Lead Generation Challenge, submitting new product launches for the IBC Daily, and utilising the virtual press office.
- Sponsorship Opportunities: We work closely with our exhibitors to identify sponsorship opportunities that align with their goals. Throughout the year, we'll share details of available sponsorships designed to increase your visibility and engagement at IBC.
Onsite Contact
The person who will be on the ground at the RAI during IBC2025 and responsible for managing your stand. If this contact is different to the primary coordinator in your company, this is particularly important as we will be sending critical onsite information in August directly to this contact.
Please email support@ibc.org if you need to change primary coordinator or add a marketing / onsite contact. If the same person fulfils multiple roles, please indicate this in your reply.
We thank you in advance for taking the time to update your key contacts. This will help us streamline our communications and ensure that everyone receives the information they need for a successful IBC2025.
