Stand Exhibitors: Your IBC Exhibitor Pass grants access during build-up, show days, and breakdown.

Contractors/Stand Builders: Must register for a Work Pass for access during build-up and breakdown only. This pass also provides free parking during these periods.
🚫 Work Passes do not grant access on show days.
📅 WHEN CAN STAND EXHIBITORS OR CONTRACTORS ACCESS THE HALLS?

🚫 CAN WE PLACE STAND ITEMS IN THE AISLES DURING BUILD-UP?

Aisles must be kept clear at all times.

They will be marked with yellow tape during build-up and breakdown.

Waste (excluding small items) must be removed by contractors.

During show days, no items are allowed to protrude into aisles, including furniture or displays.
🚧 Floor Managers will advise on safe and permitted areas during build-up.
🧱 DO I NEED TO BUILD A WALL BETWEEN MY STAND AND NEIGHBOURS?

🧱 WHAT’S THE GUIDANCE FOR ERECTING OR DISMANTLING STANDS?
Please review our General Guidance on Erecting and Dismantling Structures:

A Method Statement and Risk Assessment must be provided and followed

All personnel must be competent and familiar with the documentation
-
Supervisors must be trained and able to read and understand build instructions
-
Any changes must be authorised in writing and re-approved by the Organiser and RAI structural engineer
-
Components must be clearly marked and lifted/stored appropriately
-
Deliveries must respect floor loading limits
-
PPE (hard hats, safety boots, hi-vis) is mandatory during build-up and breakdown
-
Welding and hot works require prior RAI approval
-
Only competent, certified operators may handle equipment
-
Forklift lifting of main decks is allowed with a completed and approved Method Statement
