We want to help you get the most out of your show this year. Below are the tools we’ve created for you to assist you in your marketing and promotion for this year’s show.
EXHIBITOR WORKSHOP SERIES
In our commitment to continuous improvement, we launched an Exhibitor Workshop series last year, featuring monthly webinars on key topics around exhibiting. You can view all recordings here https://show.ibc.org/exhibition-webinars.
Our 2025 Workshop series continues with monthly webinars, so stay tuned for details. This May, we’re hosting a webinar on maximising your IBC experience, offering valuable insights on effectively utilising your Marketing codes and assets to get the most out of them.
THE MARKETING TOOLKIT
The Marketing Toolkit provides you with unique assets for you to use on your marketing promotions, via social media, your email campaigns and your website. The Toolkit will be available in mid-May.
EXHIBITOR CUSTOMER CODES
An Exhibitor Customer Code is your exclusive invitation for your clients or prospects to visit you at IBC. Add this code to your marketing emails which you send to potential customers, and also add it to all of your marketing material including adverts, banners and company website.
Your clients will be able to use this code to register for IBC for free, even once the early bird registration has closed at the end of August. For every visitor who registers with your customer code, you will receive their contact details as a lead. The benefit for the visitor is a free visitor pass and the benefit for you is their contact details and confirmation that they have signed up using your code, which means that you, as the exhibitor, can arrange to meet them on site.
Your codes will be displayed in your E-Zone once registrations are available in May.
SOCIAL MEDIA
Social media is a free and very powerful way to create ‘noise’ about your company in the build-up to the show and onsite. It is a great way to promote your attendance and help to drive more visitors to your stand as well. Follow IBC on Tik Tok, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Instagram to keep up-to-date with the show.
