Build Restrictions:
The Future Tech Zone - Hall 14 will be situated at the entrance of the Europa side of the RAI, welcoming visitors to IBC2025 providing an environment specifically created to be conducive for business. A quality designed structure for exhibiting comfort and ease, Hall 14 offers good access and visibility for your stand. Like all halls at the RAI, Hall 14 has specific build regulations for exhibitors to take into account when designing their exhibition stands:

- Floor is made from wood and will have ducts included to feed power and internet cable to stands.

Stand Plan Approval/Floor Managers:

IBC will provide Floor Managers in Hall 14 during the build period to ensure health & safety regulations are met and for your stand contractor to have a point of contact.

Future Tech Zone - Hall 14 - Wi-Fi Information:
- A Wi-Fi connection is included into your package. We will share the SSID and password at the start of August. Please order a Wired Internet Connection for any critical systems and/or activities regardless of any Wi-Fi connectivity you may have in your stand package. Although the RAI and IBC aim to provide a stable bandwidth and connection, the Wi-Fi networks may be affected by your stand/equipment being used, others stands/equipment around your location or any unauthorised Wi-Fi networks being used in your hall. Therefore, we would always recommend ordering a wired connection, from the RAI Webshop, for any critical systems and/or activities you are planning on your stand.
- If you wish to order a wired internet connection, these can be ordered via the RAI Webshop. The Early Bird rate internet ordering deadline is 21 August which is also the final ordering deadline for guaranteed delivery.
Stand Plan Submission:
All Future Tech Space Only stands will need to submit a stand plan to Abraxys.
Any Future Tech Shell or Pod stands planning physical construction within their stand by themselves or a third party appointed contractor (other than the official shell scheme supplier - RAI Exhibitor Services), will need to send their stand design plans and any relevant documentation for approval to Abraxys (IBC’s appointed Stand Plan Inspection Agency). Abraxys will review the plans and documents that are submitted and once completed, will issue a 'Permission to Build’ certificate.
The deadline to submit your stand plan for approval is 20 June 2025 - take a look at our stand plan submission process guide here: Stand Plan Submission Process. Please refer to the Stand Rules and Regulations for your stand type for specific details related to stand build.
Important Notes for Future Tech Focus Exhibitors:
Please ensure that you are familiar with both the hall-specific information and the detailed stand guidelines to avoid any issues and to fully comply with the event requirements.
