Are you receiving the 'Already registered' error message but they are not yet registered as a stand exhibitor?
This is very likely because they have already registered themselves as a visitor.
Steps to fix:
- Login to the E-Zone - reg.ibc.org/e-zone/login and click on the Exhibitor Registration tab:
- Click on the key symbol next to the pass type you are looking for:
- Enter an Expiry Date, Email Verification (If required), a quantity, a code name for your reference and select Create New Code.
Expiry Date - The code will not be valid after this date.
Quantity - How many are you looking to generate? For example, if you had 3 stand exhibitors who have registered as visitors, you'll want to generate a code with a quantity of 3 to make sure they can all upgrade.
Code Name - for your reference. If you're using this to upgrade your colleagues from visitors to stand exhibitors, you may like to name it Stand Exhibitor Upgrade. - Once you've created your code you can view the information at the bottom of the page. Use the Clipboard or QR code options on the left to distribute the codes to those who need them. Clipboard - this will copy and paste the upgrade code to your clipboard so you can distribute to your team.
QR Code - this will allow the user to scan the QR code and have the code applied when registering.
You can see who have used your codes in the middle of the table above and you can also cancel codes if needed on the right. - Once you have generated the codes and supplied them to your attendees, they can login here: reg.ibc.org - if this is the first time logging in, please use the forgotten password option. When logged in you will see an upgrade option, select this:
Then enter your code here:
This will upgrade the pass type!
